Molino Comirato srl was founded in 1925 on the banks of Storga river.
The Comirato family has been in the milling business for almost a century.
The know-how, that today combines the tradition with the most innovative technologies of milling art, has been handed down in a direct line for five generations, thanks to the passion and to the daily commitment.
Over the decades, we refined the techniques, optimized the processes and invested in food safety.

The modern rolling mills and purifiers, are the vital core of our mill, which has a capacity of 120 tons of corn per day.
Our factory is characterized by small-sized silos, which allow us to efficiently and selectively manage the traceability of our products:
the raw materials are stored divided by provider, the finished products by client and intended use.
