Pasta factories
Thanks to our range of extra fine corn flour (< 250 micron) we are the ideal partner for gluten free pasta factories. In addition to the classic white and yellow flours, we can develop customized recipes mixing them in varying proportions. Upon request we can supply soy-free flours as well.
Breweries
The corn is traditionally used for the beer production as amylaceous basis, in addition to barley malt. Our maize grits for beer has got all the specifications to be used efficiently by both craft and industrial breweries.
Since 2012 we are members of Assobirra. The quality of our corn grits is further guaranteed by the supply chain procedure of Assobirra, who periodically checks that is properly implemented.
Producers of corn extruded snack
Corn extruded snack producers are an important part of the market we work in. Extruded snacks can have different shapes and sizes, and are made passing a dough, at high pressure, trough an heated cylinder and an extrusion screw. Our bramata corn flours are all suitable to be processed in all types of extruders.
